  2. Mint TABBY and assign to wallet

  3. Calculate Gold to be purchased on reference date

  4. Purchase Gold in order to secure 75% backing of circulating TABBY

  5. TABBY is spent

  6. Send TABBY to another wallet

  7. Gas fee is collected

  8. TABBY is converted to FIAT

  9. Burn spent TABBY

  10. Check Liquidity (if Gold selloff is required)

  11. Payout FIAT from central liquidity
